Security

Is credit card processing secure? It is, when the fundamentals are done right. Transparency about price means nothing if we are loose with your data. Our credit card processing platform is built for PCI compliance, the PCI DSS standard the card networks hold the largest processors to. Here is plainly how your customers' card information is protected, on every transaction and inside the analyzer.

PCI DSS compliant

Card data on our processing platform is handled to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, the PCI DSS rulebook every processor is measured against.

Encrypted and tokenized

Card numbers are encrypted in transit and at rest, and replaced with tokens wherever a real number is not needed, so sensitive data is not sitting where it does not have to be.

Fraud tools built in

Address verification, CVV checks, and monitoring come standard, so a keyed or card-not-present sale carries the guardrails it should.

The analyzer keeps nothing

A statement you upload is processed in memory and never written to disk or stored. A specialist reads it to prepare your breakdown, then it is gone.

On the analyzer specifically

Read once, stored never.

The statement you upload is read to pull out your volume, transactions, and fees, then it is gone. We do not keep the file, and every figure in your breakdown comes straight off your statement, not a guess. You get the answer without handing over anything you should not have to.

Security practices are reviewed as standards evolve. The one security-related charge on your bill is a yearly PCI compliance fee, an industry-standard annual validation charge that we show you in writing before you sign, never a surprise. See the pricing page for how the rest of your bill works. For specifics about your account or a compliance question, reach a real person on the contact page.
