1st Bankcard Services
Interchange + a dime, published

Our only markup is a dime.

Credit card processing for small business, with the markup printed on the page. Most processors bury a markup in your rate and let it creep. We charge a flat 10 cents per transaction, zero percent markup, and pass interchange through at cost.

Send your last statement. We send back the markup you are paying right now, next to a dime. If you are already getting a better deal, we will tell you.

Takes about a minute to send. Nothing stored. No long-term contract, no hidden markup.

Left of the line is interchange, the card cost no one avoids. The solid block to the right is the markup. That is the only thing that changes.

Interchange is the same wherever you go. The only thing that changes is the markup, and ours is a dime we print on the page.

Interchange is what the card networks charge on every sale. No processor sets it or avoids it. Everything on top is the processor's margin. Flat-rate apps bury that margin in a tidy percentage. Traditional ISOs pad it and let it creep at renewal. We do neither.

That margin is often hundreds of dollars a month you never agreed to. Ours is a dime, in writing.

Typical processor markup

0.30% and up

A percentage on every sale, and it scales as you grow. Often more.

$0.10 / txn

Why choose us

The same sale, three different deals.

Interchange is identical wherever you go. What changes is the markup and the fine print. Here is how a published dime stacks up against the two ways the rest of the category prices you.

Rate protection

Your rate will drift. Ours cannot.

Most processors raise the markup a little at a time, in a statement you stopped reading. By the time you notice, the good rate you signed is a worse rate you kept. A published dime has nowhere to creep to. Here is the same merchant over two years.

Not sure what you pay now? Your statement knows.

Send your last processing statement and a specialist isolates the markup hiding in your effective rate and sends it back. Nothing is stored. If your rate is already strong, we tell you to stay.

What it shows you

Your real effective rate, next to interchange plus a dime
The markup your processor keeps, isolated in dollars
Each junk fee flagged on its own
A clear verdict: overpaying, a wash, or already strong

Five things that hold up after you sign

01

Published pricing

Interchange plus 10 cents, no basis points, printed on the website. Not "call for a quote."

02

No traps

Month to month, with no early termination fee and no rate creep. The one yearly PCI compliance fee is disclosed up front, never a surprise buried in a later statement.

03

Proven on your statement

Send your last statement. We show the markup you pay now next to a dime. If we cannot beat it, we tell you to stay.

04

Humans, not hustle

Real onboarding and real support. None of the commission-rep games the category is known for.

05

Rate protection

A good rate drifts higher everywhere else. Ours is published at a dime and never goes up, so it cannot creep. It can come down as your volume grows.
