How do I use my credit card terminal?

We have knowledgeable representatives that are available during regular business hours 9 AM to 6 pm Central Time, that will help assist you. If we provide the terminal, we have already made it ready to go. Just Plug in you terminal and it will be ready ( if applicable, Pinpad has to be plugged into terminal before plugging in the power cord). When will I be charged for processing every month?

1st Bankcard Services debits your bank account for the previous months’ processing fees between the 1st and the 4th of every month.

Do I have to pay my monthly fees at one time?

How do I change my bank account information?

How long does it take to receive my money in my account from my credit card transactions?

We would love to provide the money as soon as possible, but it generally take 24 to 48 hours to reach your Bank. Not including Weekends and Bank Holidays which do may extend funding of your transactions.

If I am a seasonal business, do I still pay my monthly service charges when I am not using your service?

How do I get set up to accept American Express transactions?

You would want to contact American Express directly, (800) 528-5200. They will ask you a few questions and set you up on the phone, It is completely American Express who make the decision on who can accept American Express transactions. www.americanexpress.com/merchants Can I set up with Gift Cards for my location Exclusively? Gift Cards Process takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to setup, Unless it is holiday season it can take longer. What is PCI Compliance?

Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is a comprehensive set of internal security requirements protecting cardholder data. These security standards were designed by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). This council consists of the five major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover American Express and the Japanese Credit Bureau. It is mandated that all merchants be complaint and be subject to a fee. Can I Process Online transactions?

Yes you can, You would need to be enrolled in our ecommerce program. This enables to use the your computer as your terminal. You can do Sales, Refund, Void, on you computer.
